Includes: Lamb chops (approximately 8-10), 1 shoulder roast, 1 rack of ribs, 2 lamb shanks, 1 leg of lamb (bone in), Stew meat (1-3 lbs), Optional – bones and/or offal – discuss this with the butcher. 

            

Deposit Due: $50   (I.e: ½ lamb = $50, 1 lamb = $50, 2 lambs = $100)
