After submitting the order form, you’ll need to pay your deposit. Payment options include: 1) Online via credit card or Venmo. 2) Mail a check along with your printed order form.

A Half Lamb Order Includes:
Lamb chops (approximately 8-10), 1 shoulder roast, 1 rack of ribs, 2 lamb shanks, 1 leg of lamb (bone in), Stew meat (1-3 lbs), Optional – bones and/or offal – discuss this with the butcher.

Required Deposit Amounts:
We require a $50.00 minimum deposit to reserve your order, and we’ll send you an invoice for the remainder at processing time. (I.e: 1 lamb = $50, ½ lamb = $50, 2 lambs = $100)
